FAVOEVA – SHOPPING TERMS OF SALE

1. Prices and Payment

All prices on the webshop are stated in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise indicated. Any additional costs, such as shipping, will be calculated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• MobilePay
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)

Payment will be deducted from your account when the order is shipped.

2. Delivery

We deliver with DAO to addresses in Denmark. The delivery time is typically 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. If an item cannot be delivered within the stated time, you will be contacted via email.

Responsibility for Delivery

We assume responsibility for the goods until they are delivered to you. If the package is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us immediately.

3. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email within the 14 days.

Returning Goods

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Return shipping costs are covered by you as the customer.
• Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
• Goods tailored or customized are not eligible for return.

4. Data Processing

Your personal information is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The webshop is hosted on Webflow, and we use necessary security measures to protect your data.
The data we collect is used only to process your order and communicate with you. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

5. Complaints

You have a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you can contact us for a solution.
To file a complaint, send a description of the issue along with your order number to our email at info@favoeva.com. We cover reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints.

6. Complaints Options

If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark or online via www.forbrug.dk.

7. Tailored options

When ordering a tailored option you agree to be contacted via the personal information entered at checkout regarding your order, to gather needed information regarding the dimensions and sizing of the clothing piece.

By ordering a tailored option you agree to the dismissal of the general 14-day right of withdrawal. It is therefore not possible to return your order after purchasing.

8. Made to order

All orders are made to order. This means your order will arrive in 2-4 weeks since we only begin producing the order when you purchase. We enjoy the quality of handcrafted products and hope you will enjoy your very own FAVOEVA piece when it arrives.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of sale at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email.

11. Governing Law

Purchases made through our webshop are subject to Danish law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of these Terms of Use or breach shall be resolved by the applicable courts.
